# Account Top-Up, Deployment & Subscription Info

## Account Top-Up

To use certain tools inside the HUB, you’ll need to top up your account with **Victoria VR (VR) tokens**.

* You send VR tokens from your wallet to our **official wallet address**:\ <mark style="color:blue;">`0xac1B363EfeD652e8D61cE9B43BC7d66105577905`</mark>
* Once confirmed on the blockchain, your tokens are converted into **virtual credits** (Virtual VR Tokens) for internal use in the Hub.
* **Important:**
  * Only VR tokens are accepted — any other tokens sent will be **lost** and can’t be refunded.
  * You are responsible for covering any gas/network fees.
  * All top-ups are **final and non-refundable**.

## How Subscriptions Work

Each AI Agent you create runs on its own **30-day billing cycle**, starting from the day you deploy it.

* **Deployment Fee**: A one-time fee when you first launch the agent.
* **Subscription Fee**: A recurring fee charged every 30 days.

If you don’t have enough credits in your account at the start of a new cycle:

* Your AI Agent will be **paused** until you top up or adjust your setup.

Want to make changes?

* **Adding tools** = extra fees (deployment + subscription).
* **Removing tools** = no refunds, but future subscription fees will go down.
* **Deleting an agent** = permanent and immediate, with no refund for the remaining billing period.
